Privacy Policy

Your progress stays private

Life Tycoon Hub stores the activities, habits, tasks, milestones, effort logs, world progress and settings you enter on your iPhone. It does not require an app account. The developer does not receive your activity records or use them for advertising, tracking or analytics.

iCloud recovery

When you are signed in to iCloud and the service is available, Life Tycoon Hub automatically keeps a recovery copy in the private CloudKit storage associated with your Apple iCloud account. The copy contains your activities, habits, tasks, milestones, effort logs, world progress, supported settings and custom activity photos. Apple manages this storage under your Apple account and its privacy policy. The developer does not receive or have access to your private profile. An iCloud account identifier, installation identifier and record revision are used only to associate and protect the recovery copy. After reinstalling, the app checks for this copy and restores it when there is no existing local progress to replace. Recovery is a backup feature, not live syncing between phones; another installation’s progress is not silently imported or overwritten. If iCloud or the internet is unavailable, progress continues to be stored locally and recovery is retried when available. A backup cannot restore changes that had not yet reached iCloud.

Photos and save files

You can optionally select a custom activity photo using Apple’s photo picker. The app receives only the items you select, keeps its copy on your iPhone and includes those photos in private iCloud recovery. Manual Export Save File exports progress and supported settings, but excludes custom photos and their references; imported activities use their normal icons instead. Exporting does not remove photos from your phone or iCloud recovery. You choose where to store or share an exported file; anyone you give that file to may read its progress data. Import Save File reads a file you select and replaces the active profile after confirmation. If an imported file contains photos, those photos are restored as part of that import. Local recovery copies may be retained for save recovery.

Network connections and Apple services

The app may request the date from apple.com to recover from an incorrect device clock. It sends no activities or task content in that request, uses no cookies for it, and can work offline. As with any internet connection, Apple and its network providers receive connection information such as your IP address. App Store reviews, purchases and subscriptions, when available, are handled by Apple. The app may receive purchase status to provide purchased features; the developer does not receive your payment-card details.

Your controls and deletion

You can edit or delete activities and tasks within the app. Reset All Progress clears the active progress and replaces the app’s iCloud recovery data with an empty reset marker when iCloud is available. The reset marker prevents an older installation from recreating cleared progress. Local recovery files may remain until the app is removed. Deleting the app removes its local app data but is intended to leave the private iCloud recovery copy available for reinstalling. To remove recovery data without reinstalling it, reset progress while signed in to iCloud and connected, or use Apple’s available iCloud storage controls. Exported files remain wherever you saved them; delete those separately. Data you send voluntarily to support is used to respond to your request, not for advertising. Support correspondence is kept only for handling the request and any necessary follow-up, or where retention is legally required.

Apple diagnostics

Apple may process diagnostics and provide app crash reports according to your device privacy settings. The app does not include a third-party analytics or advertising SDK.

Policy changes and contact

This policy will be updated when the app’s data practices change. For privacy questions, help with your data or app support, contact LifeTycoonApp@gmail.com. Support information is available at https://lifetycoonhub.com/support/. You can request deletion of messages you send to support; the developer cannot access or erase your private Apple iCloud records on your behalf.
